The NZ WLSC (New Zealand Weight Loss Surgery Community) website is a place for people at any stage of their weight loss surgery journey, run by people who have had surgery themselves. Our mission? To provide a supportive, anonymous environment where you can share experiences and ask questions about one of the biggest decisions you may ever make in your life.

Our intention is not to give you a whole lot of information about the surgeons and procedures, as there is already plenty of information out there and every surgeon has their own variations. Doing plenty of research is very important. We just want to help point you in the right direction to make the best decision you possibly can, and be there for you along the way.
